2009 Pinot Blanc

Rich pear and citrus aromas on the nose with lively acid on the finish, this wine is a true example of a Cool Climate wine. The palate is full and creamy, with a dry finish.

2010 Riesling

Classically styled, this wine shows delicate floral aromas with hints of honey, apple and lime.

2011 Chasselas

This is the quintessential Swiss wine. Delicate and refreshing, with grassy floral notes on the nose, it is light-bodied and finishes with the freshness of lemon zest. Great as an aperitif with salads, cheeses or try it with sushi and sashimi.

2010 Gewurztraminer

A Classic Alsatian-style wine with fresh aromas of lychee, melon and rose petals. The palate has intense lychee, melon and pear flavours, and is ever so slightly off-dry.

2008 Pinot Noir

Pinot Noir displays well-structured medium body, red plum and cherry notes as well as hints of tobacco, vanilla and truffles on the nose.  Great with sushi and sashimi; also serve with Salt Spring Island Lamb with Mustard Spaetzle or Pacific Scallops with Back Bacon and Vanilla.

2009 Marechal Foch

Rich and jammy with an intense plum nose, the palete has hints of brambles, spice, tobacco leaf and vanilla. Serve with Grilled Beef Tenderloin and Sauteed Chanterelles or Coffee and Chocolate Braised Short Ribs.
